Diva Reality Check--Create a pie chart (using a real pie of course). Slice the pie into sections representative of your life. Look at where your time and energy is spent. Are you passionate about these things or are they simply obligations? Eat the diva section. Create a sign that says "Are we having fun yet?" to remind yourself of your commitment ( Read more... )

Part 2: Pick one quality you admire and focus on it. Don't focus on falling short or get discouraged. Take some time to reflect on what would be present in your life if you exibited more of that trait. Create an action to integrate the quality into your life.
